1.Question:  CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
ANSWER: Yes, Items can be returned, simply see our RETURNS policy page and follow the directions there. 

2. Question:   IS SHIPPING FREE?
ANSWER:  Yes, Shipping is free on 95% of our items. the only way you are subject to pay shipping is if your order exceeds $5000.00 or total weight of items ordered exceeds 1000 pounds. So more often than not your shipping is completely FREE!!

3.  Question: CAN I CONTACT YOU IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
ANSWER: Yes, simply click on the CONTACT US tab or link and you will be able to send us a secure email with any questions or issues you are having, please allow 24-48 hours to get a response but most questions are answered within 24 hours or less.  Contact Us
